What People Are Saying

Reflections from parishes that have hosted Deacon Bob's retreats and missions.

I can't thank you enough for your reflections on the Passion of our Lord. You received rave reviews! Everyone was moved by your insight and knowledge of the Bible. You definitely helped us all deepen our relationship with our Lord as we prepare for the Triduum. Your commitment to our faith is inspirational, and I hope you sparked something where people will continue to want to study the Bible to enhance their faith.
Renee McGarel St. Patrick Church, Morristown Passion of Our Lord
Bob was extremely well versed in the description of Isaiah's suffering servant prophecy, and unpacked St. Paul's Letter to the Philippians and Matthew's account of Christ's passion across the three nights. Bob is a dynamic speaker and very well versed in the Bible. Our mission was well attended over the three nights of the Lenten season. I would enjoy attending another mission led by Deacon Bob and can highly recommend him for future retreats and missions.
Kenneth Nadeau, MD St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church, Lenoir City Lenten Mission
My husband and I greatly enjoyed the Easter retreat and found Deacon Bob Hunt's reflections on the Resurrection narratives to be both inspiring and thought-provoking. We especially appreciated learning about the unique details within each Gospel account that we had never noticed before. The retreat was spiritually enriching, meaningful, and left us with a renewed appreciation for the Gospel message.
